Founder, Lead Dentist

Bio

Dr. Olga Dontsova is a third-generation dentist who always dreamed of continuing her family's legacy. At just 19 years old, she became the youngest dentist in her family.

Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, she completed dental school there before moving to the United States with her family. She pursued further education at Loma Linda University in California, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1996. Soon after, she and Dr. Victor Khlevnoy, established their first practice in Portland, Oregon, which later became Modern Smile Design in Sarasota, Florida.

Dr. Dontsova’s passion for dentistry extends beyond general practice, as she continuously expands her expertise to offer cutting-edge treatments. She is particularly dedicated to orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, enhancing both the smiles and confidence of her patients.

Dr. Dontsova believes that modern technology allows her to do more than just improve smiles—it enhances her patients’ overall health and quality of life. Dr. Victor Khlevnoy’s journey in dentistry began in Odesa, Ukraine, where he earned his medical degree from Odessa Medical University in 1990. Upon arriving in the United States, he made history as the first Ukrainian student accepted to Loma Linda Dental School, where he completed his training and received his DDS degree. His career led him to Portland, Oregon, where he and Dr. Dontsova opened their first dental practice in 1996.

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Khlevnoy has dedicated his career to restoring oral function and improving his patients’ quality of life. His passion for implantology led him to further specialize in dental implants, full-mouth restorations, and complex dental surgery.

Personal Approach

Dr. Khlevnoy is deeply passionate about restoring his patients’ chewing ability and overall oral function. His meticulous approach to restorative dentistry ensures long-term solutions that enhance both health and confidence.

By integrating the latest techniques in implantology and full-mouth rehabilitation, he provides customized treatment plans to meet each patient’s specific needs.
